Driving down Marble Head steps on Drummond Island with helpful spotters and taking an easier path back up. Taking it slow and steady over the South Marble Head loop trail. No damage!
South Marble Head Loop trail is rated as “Moderate to Demanding” according to the Jeep Badge of Honor app. A 3-7 difficulty on a scale of 1-10. Being rather dry lately the mud and water crossings we much less than during a wet period.
On the Shore…
The Jeep Drive to the northern end of Drummond Island to view Fossil Ledges. The “ledges” are made up of the fossilized remains of a salt water coral bed. This was a great of water crossings, muddy area, lots and lots of rocks, an fun by Lake Huron shoreline from the Paw Paw River jeep club.

Parkway Village, a housing subdivision in Kalamazoo that was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1947, was honored, as well. Its significance comes from the state-level, in the areas of architecture and community planning and development, historical officials said.
The 42-lot neighborhood gained its name from the two main streets nearby, Parkview and Winchell Avenues.
